Youtilization Health Management provides non-medical health advisory, planning, and management services focused on physical capacity, healthspan, and long-term sustainability. Services are advisory in nature and emphasize planning, prioritization, oversight, and coordination. Youtilization Health Management does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or mental health counseling, and does not replace care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
Scope of Practice
Services are delivered within the scope of practice defined by Chris Davlin Jr.'s current certifications, as listed on our Advisor page. These credentials do not constitute a medical license, and no services are provided under a medical license. Clients should not interpret any recommendation as medical advice.
Service Limitations
Services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Recommendations are based on information provided and observed at the time of engagement and may require adjustment as circumstances change. Outcomes may vary based on consistency, lifestyle factors, compliance, and external constraints beyond the firm's control.
Advisory Nature of Services
All services provided by Youtilization Health Management are advisory and informational, designed to support informed decision-making. Final decisions regarding health behaviors, activity levels, and lifestyle practices remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Risk Acknowledgment
Participation in physical activity, lifestyle modification, and health-related practices carries inherent risk. While Youtilization Health Management applies conservative, risk-aware principles, no program or advisory process can eliminate risk entirely.
No Guarantee of Results
Youtilization Health Management does not guarantee outcomes, results, or specific improvements in health, performance, or longevity. Any examples or descriptions of benefits are illustrative and not predictive.
Confidentiality
Information shared with Youtilization Health Management is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing advisory services, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.
Physician Clearance
Clients are strongly advised to consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any program or implementing recommendations provided by Youtilization Health Management. By engaging services, clients represent that they have done so or have knowingly chosen to waive this recommendation.
Emergency Situations
Youtilization Health Management is not an emergency service and is not equipped to respond to medical emergencies. In the event of a medical emergency, clients should contact 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency facility immediately. Services are not a substitute for emergency care.
Governing Law
These disclosures and any engagement with Youtilization Health Management are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
Data & Communications
Client information is collected and stored solely for the purpose of delivering advisory services. Youtilization Health Management takes reasonable precautions to protect client data but cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted via email or other electronic communications. Clients should avoid transmitting sensitive medical or financial information through unsecured channels.
Modification or Termination of Services
Engagements carry a minimum 4-month commitment. Following the initial commitment period, either party may terminate the advisory engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, Youtilization Health Management will retain client records only as required by applicable law or professional standards. Materials and recommendations provided prior to termination remain subject to these disclosures.
